A thin, athletic patient with minimal breast tissue who presents the same difficulties as patient number 6. This patient’s nipples were not as far apart as those of 6 so they are not as far apart after implants. This implant, MHP style, is slightly softer and more natural feeling than the CML style chosen by patient 6. However, it is also slightly more likely to ripple. In these types of patients there is always a trade-off between the risk of rippling and the firmness of the implant. The firmer the implant the less the risk of rippling and vice versa.
