This patient’s right breast fold was slightly lower than her left. Since the implants must be centred with the maximum point of projection of the implant at the height of the nipple, this slight asymmetry in the height of the breast folds persists. This patient had a mole under the left breast which was removed as part of the breast implant incision meaning there was no extra scar.
